A Bountiful Trip

The Edmund Pettus Bridge, site of the historic 1965 civil
rights march, is among the civil rights landmarks that I'll visit this week.

I'm really looking forward to participating this week in a tour that will visit the Edmund Pettus Bridge in Selma, the Lorraine Motel in Memphis where Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. was assassinated and other landmarks in civil rights history.

Sponsored by the city government's Community Relations Commission in my hometown of Columbus, Ohio, this tour is sure to be one of the most memorable journeys I'll ever take. I plan to post updates throughout the week.
